DIRECTIONS:
-Place 2-3 Tablespoons of the botanical mix into a large bowl. Add 1-2 cups near boiling water into the bowl, allow to sit for 1 minute. With a towel draped over your head and eyes closed, lean over bowl and allow steam to wash over your face. For the next 10 minutes, take deep breaths, and relax!
